I had an awesome customer service experience earlier today.

When I was working on my Rosedale II, I had 2 brand new Crystal Palace circulars break on me within days of each other. I've heard CP had a bad batch of needles go out for a while, but I decided to try calling Yarnmarket.com, where I'd ordered them originally.

They are sending me new needles, along with a prepaid envelope to return the broken ones. Awesome! That's all I wanted anyway.

Plus, they said they'd be opening a showroom soon. Yay!
