This circular Skacel sweater is doing nothing if not teaching me about the engineering of sweaters.Last week, I finished up the knitting and sewed it up. Here's the photo of the Classic Cloche from Knit One, Felt Too, post felting. While the pattern said it took them four wash cycles to get theirs felted down to a proper size, mine took less than one wash cycle. Today I sat down to try to use some of the yarns I got last weekend at the sale at Fine Points in Cleveland to create a scarf for the art show at work in September. It's been slow here, I know. The ribbon X-back is technically finished, however, it is utterly unwearable, despite the fact the circumference is much better this time. I chose to go down a needle size and three pattern sizes to fix that. However, the straps are too long (despite being fixed twice) and the body is too short.
